Artist Tim Beard dropped us a line to let us know that this October he’s posting daily sketches based on the Pete & Pete episode “Halloweenie,” each capturing one of his favorite moments and paired with a corresponding quote. There are four sketches up already (in addition to the teaser image above), and they are truly excellent. We can’t wait to see the next 27!

imthepinkukulele asked: Terrific zine, guys. Terrific. I can't tell you how thrilled I was to read the words I had tried so hard to express, the ideas that I had grappled with the meaning of, and just overall others experiences with a TV show that will forever be tattooed onto my heart. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome! We’re glad you liked it!

NOTE: These are just the contributors who’ve let us know that they’ll a) be at shows, and b) be selling copies of the zine. If YOU are a Waiting for October contributor who will be at a show—with or without copies of the zine or related stuff—and you’d like us to let folks know where you’ll be exhibiting / signing / selling / dancing in the streets, please drop us a line. -M&R

Pete and Pete fan Tim Beard attended the cast & crew reunion in LA a couple of weeks ago and was kind enough to both post Cinefamily’s footage of the event and write up his impressions of it. Check it out!
(And while you’re at it, check out the most excellent P&P t-shirt he has for sale, The Kids of Cranston Street.)
